What type of commercial properties do you have?
We manage 77 versatile commercial units in the Firhill area, including office spaces, workshop units, and retail premises. Whether you're launching a new venture or expanding an established business, we likely have something to suit you.

Is there 24/7 access to the unit?
Yes. All of our properties come with the 24/7 access so you can have full control of your work schedule.
How long of a lease length do you offer?
We offer flexible lease options to suit your business.
For new businesses a 1 year lease is a great way to start.
Need something longer? We’re happy to discuss longer lease terms to suit your needs.
Is there parking available?
Many of our units come with at least one allocated parking space and additional on-street parking is available. Our retail units are slightly different, however you can apply for a business parking permit through Glasgow City Council.
Are utilities included in the rent/ service charge ?
Each unit has it’s own utility supply which is not included in the rent or service charge. Tenants are responsible for their own utilities and are encouraged to shop around to find the best providers for them.
Can I personalise the unit to suit me?
Absolutely! We love seeing businesses transform their space to reflect their brand and personality. Whether that be through painting, changing the flooring or reconfiguring walls, we just ask that:
You get written approval before starting any work.
You're prepared to return the unit to it's original condition when leaving.
